Terms of use
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms cover the ClimbSheet Chrome extension and the subscription that unlocks it. By installing or subscribing you agree to them. If you do not agree, uninstall the extension.
ClimbSheet is sold by Tejeda Holdings. These terms form an agreement between you and Tejeda Holdings.
1. The licence you get
ClimbSheet is licensed, not sold. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the extension on the browsers you use yourself, for as long as the subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense, rent out, or redistribute the extension or licence keys.
2. Trial and billing
- New installs include a 3-day free trial of every feature. No card is required for the trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of $4.99 per month, billed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries; access continues while it retries, and stops if the subscription is cancelled or remains unpaid.
3. Refunds
If ClimbSheet does not work for you, email support@climbsheet.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Refunding a payment ends that licence.
4. What ClimbSheet is not
- It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Temu or Whaleco Inc.
- It reads only what Temu already shows to a shopper. It does not access seller accounts, private dashboards, or data behind a login.
- Rankings, prices and sold counts are whatever Temu published at the moment you captured them. They can change, be rounded, or be withdrawn by Temu at any time.
- Derived figures (averages, upper bounds) are estimates built from Temu's own numbers and are labelled as such. They are not a forecast of your sales and no revenue figure is invented.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use ClimbSheet to break Temu's terms, to scrape at a volume that disrupts their service, to resell the data as a competing dataset, or to reverse-engineer and re-publish the extension. Automated capture is limited to the pages you point it at.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, improve or retire features. If Temu changes its pages in a way that stops the extension working, we will fix what we can; there is no uptime guarantee, because the data source is not ours. If we discontinue the product, active subscriptions are not charged again and paid periods are honoured.
7. Liability
ClimbSheet is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the extension or subscription is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for business decisions you take based on the data, or for losses caused by Temu changing or blocking access to its pages.
8. Your data
Your captures are stored in your own browser. What leaves it, and when, is described in the privacy policy. Uninstalling the extension deletes your local data; it does not cancel a subscription.
