ClimbSheet is a Chrome extension that records the ranking shown on Temu's public Best-Selling pages and shows it as a dated board. This page explains what it stores and the two moments it talks to a server. The short version: your captures stay in your browser.

What the extension stores on your device

Everything below lives in chrome.storage.local, in your own browser profile:

What it does not do

The two times data leaves your browser

1. Subscription. When you press Subscribe, a Stripe-hosted page opens. The card details you type go to Stripe, never to ClimbSheet (see stripe.com/privacy). Stripe sends our licensing worker the email address you paid with and the subscription status.

2. Licence check. Once a day the extension asks our licensing worker whether your licence is still active, sending only the licence key itself (an RL1.… string that contains the email you subscribed with and an expiry date). This is what makes a cancelled subscription stop working. If you never activate a licence, nothing is sent.

Those two services are hosted on Cloudflare and Stripe. No other server is involved, and no analytics or log of your captures is kept there.

Who processes that data

Three processors, each limited to what it needs:

How long it is kept

The licensing worker stores the email address you bought with, the licence id, its expiry date and whether the subscription was cancelled. That record is kept while your licence is valid and for 12 months afterwards, so a renewal or a refund can be handled; after that it is deleted. Licence-key records and payment receipts are also kept by Stripe under its own retention rules. Nothing about what you browse on Temu is stored on any server.

Permissions and why

ClimbSheet asks for five: storage (your snapshots and saved products stay in this browser), scripting (to read the Temu ranking page you opened, when you press a button), tabs (to tell whether the current tab is a Temu page and to open the board), downloads (only when you ask for images), and notifications (local alerts about rank changes). It does not request the cookies permission, and it cannot read your Temu password.

Deleting your data

Open chrome://extensions, find ClimbSheet and press Remove. That deletes every snapshot, measurement and licence record with it. To cancel a subscription, use the receipt Stripe emailed you; removing the extension does not cancel billing.

Who is responsible

The data controller for this service is Tejeda Holdings, the company that sells ClimbSheet licences. Questions about your data go to support@climbsheet.com.

Children, changes, contact

ClimbSheet is a tool for sellers and is not directed at children. If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Questions: support@climbsheet.com.
